Yes, all our work is guaranteed with both a manufacturer warranty and a workmanship warranty. The details of each warranty can vary depending on the type of job, but our team will explain everything clearly during your appointment so you know exactly what’s covered. How quickly can you start the work?
We usually have a wait time of a few weeks, and it’s never more than 8 weeks. All start dates and job durations are weather dependent, as the Scottish weather can be unpredictable. While we always aim to stick to our schedule, heavy rain or poor conditions can occasionally cause delays. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and always do our best to minimise any disruption.
Do I need to be home whilst the work is being done?
You don’t need to be home while we carry out the work. If we do need anything from you, such as access to water or electricity, we’ll let you know before the job starts. However, for the majority of jobs, we don’t need anyone to be at home.

How long will the work take?
Every job can vary in timescale, especially in Scotland, as roofing and roughcasting work is weather-dependent. On average, though, most of our jobs take around 5-7 days from the scaffolding going up to it coming back down.
Will there be a lot of mess or disruption?
We always do our best to keep mess and disruption to a minimum. However, roughcasting and roofing can be quite messy and noisy jobs at times. Our team works from around 8:30am to 5pm, so you can expect some noise during those hours, but it’s nothing too extreme.
We also take extra care to ensure your property is left the way we found it once the work is complete. We send out a dedicated team to carry out a full clean-up afterwards so everything is tidy before we leave.
